ABSTRACTS NOW BEING ACCEPTED, due July 30, 2012. Please consider submitting a paper for
the 2013 Conference.
The 2013 IEEE Aerospace Conference is the 34th in a series of annual week-long conferences
designed for aerospace experts from industry, government and academia in a stimulating and
thought-provoking environment. The Conference promotes interdisciplinary understanding of
aerospace systems, their underlying science and technology, and their applications to government
and commercial endeavors. Technical cosponsors include AIAA and the PHM Society.

Attendees, over 700 in 2012, enjoy exceptional access to authors and invited speakers in a
unique setting, fertile ground for developing lasting relationships, benefiting participants,
their organizations, and the engineering, scientific, and aerospace communities far beyond the
Conference.

TECHNICAL PROGRAM Sessions are organized into 14 technical tracks.

2. Space Missions, Systems, and Architecture
3. Antennas, RF/Microwave Systems, and Propagation
4. Communication and Navigation Systems and Technologies

8. Spacecraft and Launch Vehicle Systems and Technologies
9. Air Vehicle Systems and Technologies

11. Diagnostics, Prognostics, and Health Management

13. Management, Systems Engineering and Cost
14. Government Plans, Policies, and Education-nine high-level panels
Specific topics planned for the 2013 Conference are listed in more than 130 sessions and panels
found in the Call for Papers.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Abstracts of 500 words or less are due at the Conference web site by July 30, 2012.
Accept/reject notices will be e-mailed promptly.

PAPER SUBMISSION
A copy of your paper in PDF, 6-20 pages, must be submitted to www.aeroconf.org by
MONDAY, October 29, 2012 for review --
THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
Notice of acceptance or not will be emailed by November 16, 2012. Final version must be
submitted to the website by January 6, 2013. Copyright release must be submitted via the
website by January 6, 2013, or mailed directly per website instructions.

REGISTRATION, TRAVEL AND LODGING
Registration and travel/lodging arrangements will be open on-line October 1, 2012.
Registration fees and lodging rates are currently posted on our website.
